Reuben Hesser

Percussion Specialist

Reuben is a drummer and percussionist who grew up in Cornwall, making the most of its rich culture of brass bands and male voice choirs. Moving to London to study Percussion & Drum Kit at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, he has recently completed his studies there.

It is the vast selection of percussion instruments that excites Reuben the most, with almost every culture having their own nuanced percussion instruments and techniques. As a result, he enjoys performing and teaching a wide range of genres and styles of music, which he is fortunate to be able to perform in ensembles and venues across the UK. Alongside music, Reuben enjoys being outdoors and is often running or cycling.
