The English Schools' Orchestra and Choir, founded in 1994, exists to provide the opportunity for talented young orchestral musicians and singers, still in full time education, to meet and perform with other similarly talented young people from all over the country

What's On
2022 Course and Concert
After such a successful concert in 2021, we are even more ambitious for our 2022 course. The Orchestra will be the biggest yet with almost 100 performers to take on the challenge of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring. We welcome Gabriele Strata as our soloist to play Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini, and the concert will start with Elgar's In the South Concert Overture. Read the review.…more
